AFCON 2025 Promotional Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern participation in the AFCON 2025 Promotional Campaign(“Promotion”), organized by 22Bet (“Organizer”).

1.2. By participating in the Promotion, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of the website.

1.3. The Promotion is available only to eligible users in selected jurisdictions, including Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda, subject to local laws and regulations.

1.4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these T&C at any time where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to regulatory requirements, technical issues, or suspected abuse.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The Promotion runs from 21 December 2025 until 18 January 2026, covering the full duration of the Africa Cup of Nations tournament (“AFCON 2025”).

2.2. Certain additional mini-events may have shorter participation periods of 2–3 days, as communicated via official channels.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Participation is open to users who:

• are at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction);
• have a fully verified account;
• have made at least one successful deposit during the Promotion Period;
• have placed at least one qualifying bet on AFCON 2025 matches.

3.2. Employees of the Organizer, related companies, and any individuals directly involved in the organization of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the Promotion.

4. Leaderboard and Points System

4.1. Participants may earn points by completing qualifying actions during the Promotion Period.

4.2. Points Allocation

4.3. Minimum qualifying deposit amounts:

• Uganda: 3,000 UGX
• Kenya: 50 KES
• Nigeria: 500 NGN

4.4. Additional points may be awarded for participation in selected social media and community activities, as announced separately.

5. Social Media & Engagement Activities

5.1. Certain tasks may require participation via official social media channels. Points for these activities are awarded manually.

5.2. The leaderboard:

• is updated twice per week;
• is published on official social media channels and/or a dedicated landing page;
• the final leaderboard is published on the day following the end of the Promotion Period.

5.3. The Organizer’s decision regarding leaderboard rankings and point calculations is final.

6. Prizes and Rewards

6.1. Prizes are awarded to top-ranked participants on the final leaderboard, subject to final prize allocation announcement.

6.2. The total prize fund and distribution will be published separately once finalized.

6.3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available unless explicitly stated.

6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value where necessary.

7. Additional Mini-Events

The following activities may run alongside the main Promotion:

7.1. Vibe of 22House

Participants submitting the best photo or video reports from official 22Bet street activations may receive additional leaderboard points.

7.2. Copy & Win

Selected bet codes published by ambassadors or influencers may be copied and used by participants. Eligibility is subject to compliance with the stated conditions of each bet code.

7.3. Score & Win

Participants may submit match score predictions via social media.

• Predictions close 30 minutes before kickoff.
• Winners are selected at random from correct entries.
• Rewards are issued as free bets with a maximum equivalent value of USD 2.

7.4. Lucky Betslip

Participants sharing a bet slip on social media with the official campaign hashtag may be randomly selected to receive a free bet reward.

7.5. VIP Offer

A special offer may be available for selected VIP players during the AFCON period, including free bets with a maximum equivalent value of up to EUR 250, subject to individual terms.

8. Free Bets

8.1. Free bets:

• cannot be withdrawn directly;
• winnings generated from free bets may be withdrawn after meeting wagering requirements, if applicable;
• must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of issuance.

8.2. Specific wagering requirements may apply and will be communicated where relevant.

9. Fair Play and Verification

9.1. All participants, deposits, and activities are subject to verification.

9.2. Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion, including but not limited to:

• multiple account usage,
• fraudulent activity,
• abuse of bonuses or promotions,
  may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

9.3. The Organizer’s Security Team reserves the right to investigate and make final determinations.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

10.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors beyond its reasonable control.

10.2. Participation in the Promotion is at the participant’s own risk.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These T&C are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which the Organizer operates.

11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures set out in the website’s general Terms and Conditions.
